As part of the Dlogan Group, and a B.BBEE Level 1 Contributor, Nextagent works with the South African Contact Centre Industry to produce high quality call centre agents in various positions on a temp to permanent placement or outsourced staffing model.

Our unique model covers the complete lifecycle of staffing in the contact centre industry, from sourcing and pre-screening candidates to training and experiencing them. Our Candidates are selected with the new B-BBEE scoring requirements in mind, with perference made for disability candidates, black woman empowerment and candidates from previously disadvantaged communities. In addition to this we also source candidates with various Local and international language skills.
The Contact Centre Industry has the highest potential and shortest timeframe in reducing unemployment. With the right training and experience, NextAgent aims to provide employment for a large number of unemployed youth in South Africa.
