About the course

Provides the learner with both the theoretical and the necessary applicative practical skills linked to operations or the provision of services in the tourism industry at entry level. Develops the necessary background in world geography and tourism destinations to ensure a competitive knowledge base meeting the standards and requirements of the industry. Provides an understanding of the business and tourism operations environment and a foundational knowledge of computer literacy skills to enhance employability in the tourism environment.
